Juliette’s Herbalife Story

Juliette used Herbalife’s weight loss plans together with an intense exercise programme. Her story is below.

34 Pounds in 4 Months


After going through some tough times personally, I gained a lot of weight and completely stopped caring for myself. I was completely miserable for a long time. I saw some stories on Instagram and Facebook about people on Herbalife weight loss plans and losing weight, and decided to give it a go. I had a great stroke of luck that my sisters best friend was a fitness coach, so she motivated me to move and start exercising with her almost daily.


I really stuck to the programmes, had the shakes for breakfast and lunch, and then a healthy low calorie dinner. I exercised a lot, and the more I lost weight and saw changes on myself the more I was motivated to keep going. I had always wanted to have a few tattoos, so I made a goal for myself that I would do them as soon as I hit my target weight. As you can see on my after picture, the tattoos are there ha ha!


I have reached my target weight, but I still very often have the shake for breakfast and drink the Herbalife tea throughout the day instead of soft drinks and coffee. Would definitely recommend to everyone, especially, if you can fit in an exercise routine as well.
