Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting from the day you receive your products.
You can request a refund for 30 days after the products have been delivered to you.
Method of Refund
Your refund will be processed in the same form of payment that you used when making your order.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
If your parcel is damaged, we will send you the products in question again or refund them.
Just send us a picture of the damaged parcel or product to firstname.lastname@example.org and an explanation of what went wrong.
Requesting a Return or Refund
Should you be unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com and let us know what the issue is. We will ask you to return the unused portion of the products to us.
Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
The buyer bears the shipping costs of sending the products back. We are not able to refund the delivery charges on orders being refunded. If you have received free shipping, the standard shipping charge (€7) will be taken from the refund.
Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
We are not able to accept requests for refunds once the 30 day period after delivery passes.
